The danger of inadequate staffing

It's impossible to do a good job when two people and doing ten people's jobs. Lack of adequate staffing is a risk and a big problem. A care home or hospital may save money by not adequately staffing their service. However, one ligation will cost a lot more than staffing would have cost, even if insurance picks up the bill.
